Our recent selection as Best Maryland Winery by Baltimore magazine signaled a new era of awareness about Deep Creek Cellars. Because we have so far avoided wine competitions, preferring to let returning customers proclaim the value of our efforts, this was especially gratifying recognition because it was an award we did not seek. We urge you to enjoy our wines with friends, family, and most of all, with food - just as Baltimore wine writer Dave Butcher did. In the proper light, artisanal wines shine.
